Replacement product

I contacted Einhell (UK) with regards to a product I bought sometime ago , it had some problems and the supplier I had purchased it from had gone into liquidation . The reply from Einhell was very prompt and within a few hours of contacting them the problem was resolved and they are going to replace the faulty product. I appreciated this, and it is very rare you get such excellent customer service from companies. Many Thanks Peter
